Nicely decorated apartments in the “Nika” Cesarica holiday house are located in a quiet and peaceful part of the sea coast, 70 meters from the beach, 400 meters from the coastal road. The beach is an easy few minute walk from the apartment. You can go to the beach on foot in a swimsuit.

Apartment 1

Prtment 1 – for 4 people; bedroom with 2 beds and a living room with a sofa for 2 people. The living room is equipped with SAT-TV and kitchen with kitchenware (kitchenette with sink, kitchen cupboard with necessary kitchenware for preparing and serving dishes and drinks). Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine. In the bedroom there are two beds with closets and modern bathroom with a shower; there is also a sun lounger on the terrace.

Apartment 2

Apartment 2 – for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, a living room with two beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with SAT-TV, kitchen with kitchenware for preparing and serving meals and drinks. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine. In the bedroom there are two beds with a closet for clothes and a nightstand, and a large modern bathroom with a shower. A large terrace with furniture for the terrace can be used.

Apartment 3

Apartment 3 – for up to 5 people. It is an 90 m2 apartment consisting of two separate bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. In one bedroom there is a large double bed and in the other bedroom are two beds. In the living room there is a SAT-TV, a separate kitchen equipped with electric stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. All necessary kitchenware is available for preparing and serving meals and drinks. The large terrace is equipped with terrace furniture.

PRICING AND RESERVATION

Deposit 30%, within 14 days of confirmed reservation.
The rest is payable upon arrival or at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fee:
– 40 – 20 days before departure 50%
– 19 – 4 days before departure 85%
– if arrival is unfulfilled 90%

Pets are not allowed.

Use of apartments on arrival: 14h
Use of apartment on departure: up to 10h

Please stick to the house rules.

Tourist tax:
1.5 EUR/day for people over 18 years old;
0.75 EUR/day for children from 12 to 18 years old.

Final cleaning: 20 EUR

Air conditioning: 7 EUR/day – optional

Prices include bed linen and towels
(changed once a week).

Prices are for a stay of 7 days or more.
For stays from 1 to 6 days, an additional 30% of the price is charged.
